Dirt Draft and USAC Join Forces To Provide Increased Fan Experience!
Fantasy Racing On Tap For USAC Sanctioned Events
CHARLOTTE, NC - In July of 2019, Dirt Draft entered the world of Fantasy Sports as the first of its kind, covering grassroots short track racing of all types. While it has still been less than a year since conception, Dirt Draft has committed to hosting over 400 individual events this year, including over 60 events spanning multiple divisions sanctioned by the United States Auto Club.
Dirt Draft and USAC Nation have come to an official agreement that positions Dirt Draft to provide Fantasy Racing for all USAC sanctioned racing events. Both parties are passionate about putting time and effort into the overall experience for race fans, which includes providing platforms such as this to increase opportunities for interaction and involvement.
“To be a part of the rich history of USAC and their passionate fan base is a great opportunity for us to showcase Dirt Draft Fantasy Racing”, said Clint Doll of Dirt Draft. “We know that fans will enjoy being able to prove their knowledge of racing and draft their team of drivers for every USAC event to compete against fans all across the world in our public or private leagues. Similar to all our contests, users will be able to redeem earned points for tickets to USAC events, broadcasts, merchandise and other exciting surprises along the way. The entire USAC team has been amazing to work with on this and we look forward to a long relationship as well as everyone’s feedback to ensure we make Dirt Draft the best it can be”, he added.
The United States Auto Club, often referred to as USAC, was founded back in 1955 and serves as the sanctioning body for a number of racing series. These series include the Silver Crown Series, National Sprint Cars, National Midgets, .25 Midgets and more. Across all series, USAC sanctions over one hundred events per year, and many of them are broadcasted live on FloRacing.com
“This is an exciting opportunity for USAC and all of our fans. Dirt Draft Fantasy Racing is a way to bring all forms of race fans together and create additional interest in our events, drivers and sponsors. We’re especially excited to be able to officially offer fantasy racing to our fans as a way for them to connect deeper with our events and drivers whether at the track with us or watching LIVE on Flo Racing. USAC will also be a big part of the Dirt Draft Speed Shop in contributing event tickets, access to series broadcasts, series related merchandise and more. The entire Dirt Draft product is a big win for not only USAC but all of short track racing.” says Levi Jones Vice President of USAC.

What is Dirt Draft?
Dirt Draft is the first grassroots racing fantasy sports website/app. On Dirt Draft, users pay a subscription of $5.99/mo. or $59.99/yr.to play unlimited contests from over 400 race events annually. Each contest is a salary draft in which a user has a $100,000 salary cap and must choose 5 drivers while staying under that salary cap to create their best team of 5. Each driver has a unique salary assigned to them dependent on their current ADR (average driver rating). This salary will increase/decrease each event based on data sent to Dirt Draft’s software evaluating their most recent performances. The user then enters a public contest to compete against hundreds of others, or a private contest to compete against their friends. The goal is that the user drafts a team that scores more points than all other users in which they are competing against. Based on a user’s performance in a contest, they are awarded points in which they can redeem in the Dirt Draft Speed Shop for event tickets, event ppv’s, merchandise, subscriptions, etc.
